Banana Pepper plants should produce relatively quickly. If they are the last of all your other peppers, I would say there is a problem. Could you post a photo of the plant?
I don't see any real issues with what you have described so far, especially since all of your other plants seem to be responding fine. Are your plants in the ground or in containers? If they are in containers, how big are they?

I posted a photo from this morning. Its I would say a solid 2+ ft tall in a planter box. I know the box is probably a little to small as it shares with one more plant, but has grown quite tall just with no flowers or fruit yet

I live in the same area and i have three banana plants in various locations. All three are in different stages which is weird. They are in raised beds (Two on opposite side of one bed and one in a bed next to it).

The two in the same bed are starting to produce. One has several peppers almost ready to harvest the other is just starting to show little peppers.

The other plant in the opposite bed is doing the same thing as you describe. I notice the bell plants next to it are dropping their buds. I think my issue might be water related (too much). The area gets partial shade and we have had some heavy rains in the area this year. I'm scratching my head as well.

thanks, wonder if being next to the fence has anything to do with the tall growth (in order to gain maximum sun) and lack of flowers. Sometimes i just don't understand these plants lol

Just a shot here, but are you sure you have a pepper plant there?

well, always a chance of tags being mixed up from bonnie. but i mean, looks like other pepper plants, not sure what else per chance it could be.
