Brown Veins in Jalapeno plant?

So I've only recently gotten back into gardening. For the most part everything is growing well, including my poblano and bell peppers, but I've had continual problems with my jalapeno plant.

First it took a beating from a series of heavy storms, then some of the leaves began to form misshaped, and finally as you can see in the photo, the leaves are developing brown veins. I've never seen anything quite like this.

Nutrient deficiency/ fertilizer burn?
Virus I've not seen before?
Normal coloring and I'm just paranoid?
