| Hi all.
So, my jalapeno plant leaves seem to be curling up towards the center of the leaf, turning a yellowy-brown and getting some spots on them. It is in a 8 gallon container. My other plants seem to be doing fine, its just this one container. I tried to upload photos, but couldn't figure it out. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks |

| Hey there - I have some varities that look just like that, and worse. Personally, I am hoping it is related to this dang cold spring we've had in the Pacific NW. Some of my plants look great, but they haven't really grown much in a month or more. I actually have starts that are six to eight weeks old and are only two inches tall. But, the weather is warming and I am hopeful. Good luck. |

| Picture aren't real sharp but my guess is the spots are sun related-did you harden them off?-the leaf curl doesn't look like a big problem at this point-not sure what that's about |

| Sorry about the picture quality, my camera isn't the best. I got them as seedlings from a plant sale so I would have assume they were hardened off before I got them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, |

| Hi, Jane, I can't tell from the pics, either. However, I think the plants will pull through just fine. Josh |

| Well, I am getting nervous because two of the leaves fell off today :( Could I have over watered them? Should I give them a shot of nitrogen? |

| No way to know if they were properly hardened off then. Keep it simple. They don't need much fertilizer - if you haven't fed them give them a little half strength-don't over water-let the plants dry between watering. They want to grow. |
