The leaves look healthy, they are not drooping, and I don't see spotting so that rules out 11 nutrients. It kinda rules out thrips, aphids, and mosaic virus too. It looks like either too much boron or a copper deficiency. Either one of those would cause the edges to deform and can cause the surface to deform too.

Yea they're all healthy as can be just have these waves on the edges of the leaves I don't get it....what would you do for copper deficiency?

I would buy a bag of copper sulfate crystals and read the instructions. It can be used to fertilize plants and also to control fungus.
Btw, I'm new to gardening but not to peppers. I've been growing lots of different varieties of peppers for about 6 years and I even picked a healthy 6" banana pepper from one of my indoor plants last Christmas.

I had some Nagas that started out like that as seedlings, but since I got them transplanted, they've outgrown it for the most part. Hope you get it worked out.

Leave them be. They're doing just fine. Don't " buy a bag of copper sulfate crystals". Go have a cold beer and stop obsessing.

I know how you feel. When I see curled / wavy edges like that I feel like the plant is in distress and I should help it. I don't really know what to do about it, but, the plant usually grows out of it.

I had a similar problem a few years ago and it was identified (don't remember where) as a calcium deficiency. I went to a hydroponic shop where I bought a container of cal/mag concentrate. I add this to my fertilizer maybe once or twice a month and I have not had it since. They guy there told me it would not take the wrinkles out of the existing leaves, but the new leaves would not have them. He was right.
