Bit of a background: I live in the Philippines. Planted these in March, which is summer over here. They started out great, I had huge peppers and the plant was pretty healthy. Then the weather got reaaaally warm, I had to water these plants every day because the leaves were getting burnt.

Now it's the rainy season. I cover them with a plastic row cover to keep them from getting over-watered. But they still end up like this. :( Any suggestions?
