White flies? What's the white stuff on the big leaf on the left? The wrinkled leafs make me think you have a pest.

Have you checked the underside of the leafs?

The white stuff is bug powder to kill green fly ect sorry. I also spray with diluted soapy water to make sure no pests. All other plants kept the same but these just not doing much.

P.s I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.

How wet is the dirt?

Have you fertilized or used epsom salts? The wrinkly leaves suggest a Ca deficiency.
