Have you had cold weather lately?

Any possible herbicide contamination in the soil or from overspray?

I saw this type of thing on my peppers shortly after a couple of frosts.... I was told it was herbicide damage, but after a while of warmer weather normal growth came back.

Lowest temp in the last month have been 8c or 45f and they haven't dropped below 20c or 70f in the last 2 weeks.

Overspray is possible as they are in close proximity to the field but so are all my other plants and they are doing great habs, scotch's, tomatoes...........

There planted in moisture control miracle grow as well as my other peppers wondering if they are lacking or getting to much of something from the soil.
