P.S. yellow bhuts are not as hot as the regular Bhut. Yellow are 300,000-800,000 scovilles.

I am not an authority on the ghost peppers but the do look good to me. One thing that I do know about super hots and ghost in particular is that they do that green, yellowish, then orange/red. The color is not a problem. And the pods are a good shape and texture for Ghosts IMO.

Oh, and that second photo that shows the soil in your pot, it looks like you have a ton of sapwood in there. Is that just a mulch on top or is that part of your mix?

I put a layer of shredded pine bark on the top to help retain moisture. My mix is a professional mix of pine bark fines, peat, and perlite.
