Hi - I was fortunate to be able to get a bunch of peppers from a u-pick that was getting ready to tear out the summer crop to get ready for a fall crop (yep, you read that right!).

All of the peppers were free, but there was no one there to tell me what variety they are. They told me they planted bells, finger hots (no idea what that is), cubenelle, banana, and jalapeno. I'm guessing these are either cubenelle or finger hots - can anyone identify from the picture?

What is the best use for what I have? I am planning pickling, pepper jelly, salsa, and candied peppers.
