That plant is just big enough where you can leave the blooms on if you want, especially if you are really itching to eat the pods. I tend to yank the pods/flowers off the first middle joint, they are usually stunted and taste funny anyway (your plants do not have pods in that spot btw). A plant will always grow whether it's filled with blooms or not.

Whatever you do, do not trim the 2nd round of blooms that will appear in the next week or two.

Is it true that if you trim them, they will sprout out even more? I am afraid that if I do that, the plant wont be able to handle that :P

Trimming, aka "topping off", is normally what you do to a younger plant that still has a single stalk, it encourages the plant to bush out, potentially offering more pods. But your plant is starting to branch out already, so it isn't really necessary imho.

The 2nd round of blossoms will be your actual pepper crop, you don't want to cut those ;). Your plants will be bigger by that time, and will be able to support them.

Leave the plant alone, it's doing what you want, making fruit. The plant knows better than you do.
