here's a pic of my garden veggies for a big batch of chili tonight.

Maters
Big Jim Anaheims
Japs
Poblanos
Anchos
Chiles De Arboles
Guajillos
Bhut powder

Ask me what else i throw in if you're interested. As far as peppers are concerned, I use roasted red bells and yellows. I grow them, but don't have any ripe ones yet

LOL. No. I make a crapload and freeze it. Better to make a huge batch and heat up the kitchen just once than to do it day after day.

Sorry guys. I'm not a huge bean soup fan, like much of my immediate family, but I do use Pintos in my chili.
