Hey there

I found this snack in a local gas station mart and they are soo crispy and spicy with the perfect flavor. I thought it might be an easy snack to make (if someone hasn't already done something similiar). Dehydrate the peppers and toss with a bit of seasoning and perhaps a little pepper powder added to the peanuts and mix them all together?

You can see in the below image that they just make 1/4 inch slices of the peppers and dried with seeds and all.
