On 4 leaves of my newly transplanted Hungarian pumpkin pepper.
Seems to be on those 4 leaves only. Rest of plant very healthy.
Should I remove these leaves?

Looks like Leaf Miner, see link. Unsure of treatment but removing leafs not a bad idea,

Here is a link that might be useful: Leaf Miner

Leafminers. Usually just a cosmetic issue. Odd to see them in pepper leaves... I usually see them in my cukes and such. You can squish them by just pinching the head of the tunnel.

Ok. Where is the head Kevin or can I just remove leaves.
Will it come back?

The very end of the tunnel. Like I said, it's usually just a cosmetic thing though. Pinch leaves if you feel the plant can get by with the remaining foliage. Some varieties are more plush than others, so...

No, the flies will just lay eggs into other leaves or even the same leaves.

That looks like a seedling. Just squish them, if so. When plants have plenty of foliage, then I would say it's ok to pinch leaves.

Insecticides aren't usually recommended for them because what works kills their natural predators and they come back even worse because now there's nothing to hunt them down.

Just stay on top of that plant for now and I'm sure you'll be ok. Research Integrated Pest Management and try to incorporate it into your garden.

You might try some neem oil since it has anti-feeding properties, dunno.

Ok, pinched the leaves.
I'm pretty sure they are history.
Plant may drop those leaves though.

Such is the life of trying to hurry a pepper plant out in the garden with little foliage. :(

Good luck.
