Too late in the game to transplant to bigger pots?

Hey all,

I have 6 jolokias in 1.12 gal pots. They all have a few small peppers and some flowers. They have surely maxed out their size potential in these containers. Is it too late to pot them in a 3-5 gal pot?

I am in Southern Ontario, Canada. I am planning to overwinter the best 1 or 2.
