Been having some issues with my maruga, not sure what to do.

The leaves are getting black streaks and blotches, they don't appear to look like spots like a fungus problem would appear but i could be wrong.

I'm unsure if this is disease from bacteria or something else.
I did go out last night and noticed some black liquid type substance on one of the leaves that could be wiped off, but see no signs of a pest problem.

i went ahead and removed alot of the leaves (not all) that have the issue until I get some advice on what I should do.

We did have A LOT of storms come through the past month I
I'm unsure if this is the cause as well..

any help would be much appreciated

it looks more brown in the photos but irl the spot appear more black.
