Not sure greenthumb. I'm pretty bad at I.D. Maybe a leafhopper? Which is a bad guy. But to be sure, I post my pics in the pests and diseases forum. Once I get a positive I.D., I then enter "UC IPM 'pest name'" into google and go to the link provided to look for possible biocontrol and/or "organic" remedies.

I'm sure your tarantula would be a nice addition to the garden.

Thanks. They seam to be causing no harm... Been there for a week now. And very good at staying opposite from you on the stalk. If it was cooler I'd put my rose hair on the plant just to see.... he's kinda a coward anyway, any sudden movement other than myself he scurries back to the brim of my hat. Lol.

Yep that's it.

so here's the better question. if sevin is working so well, why are they there?

Haven't used it in like 3 weeks. Haven't needed to. Plus raining every other day.

Also forgot that's one of my Cayenne plants that in a topsy turvy on the front porch. Never put anything on them other than bi-weekly fertilizer.
