Wrinkled leaves could be due to a calcium (?) deficiency, but in this case it's too early to conclude that. Wait and see how those leaves fill out and what the next set looks like.

They don't look sick but that pot size is just not right. Usually you either start them in a real small pot then transplant; or just start them in a really big pot.

I agree with the size of the pot. Inconsistencies/damages in the root ball could be interfering with the plant's ability to regulate its water transport, causing the newer, smaller leaves to be a little deformed. If you started it in that big pot, the new roots could have easily been damaged somehow.

Check for aphids.
