Oh, the solitary yellow one is Trinidad Perfume.

The fish, perfume, Peppadew, and
Criolla De Cocina will be pickled using the recipe for peppadews. Most of the peppadews are unripe. So more will be processed as they ripen.

The plant on the bottom right is the rare Tzimbalo. Not a pepper. Related to tomatoes. Solanum caripense.

Great looking plants! Are the root pouches the same as smart pots? Also how do the starfish taste? I have seeds that I'm going to start for next year.

The starfish are so hot, I'm not sure I can tell you how they taste!? I powder them and use like cayenne pepper.
I never bought a smart pot, so don't know?
I've been looking for the Bahamian Starfish. Anybody have that?
