Brown Spots on Pepper Leaves

I recently started my garden a few months ago. I have 2 sweet pepper plants (green and red). A few weeks ago I noticed the leaves were getting brown spots and falling off. Both plants have peppers growing and it doesn't seem to be effecting them. The peppers look fine. I've read about brown spot bacteria, just looking to see if there is anything I can do to stop this.

brown spots, then yellowing, then falling off, of the oldest leaves first, is symptomatic of wet feet. peppers dont like wet feet. add more perlite :)

this year i am finding that bhut jolokia and numex joe e. parker are particularly sensitive to it.
