Annie's Salsa -- a spicy version

I've been making and enjoying Annie's Salsa for a few years now. (For those who are not familiar with it, a Google search will find you the recipe.) I wanted to make a spicy version. The recipe uses 1 3/4 cups of bell peppers and jalapenos.

I omitted the bell pepper and used a combination of Uba Tuba, Jalapenos, Serranos, Aji Lemon Drops, and Datils. The photo shows the peppers. I didn't use the red Trinidad Seasoning peppers simply because I had 1 3/4 cups of diced pepper, and it's important not to go over that amount.

I wanted the final product to have some spiciness but not so much that it turned people off (my wife, for example!). The results are pretty good: not much heat to begin with, but the heat builds gradually although it never gets too spicy.
