it stuck out to me when looking at pictures of moruga scorpions that they look very similar to my brain strains. last night I read some very interesting threads on the hot pepper about whether they're the same pepper with different names, and there was talk of getting them genetically tested by CPI.
those threads got pretty heated, with people accusing each other of stealing their seeds and trying to change their name to make money off them.
there were also some people who grew both side by side to compare.
but those threads all ended about a year ago with no real end results being published. so I am left scratching my head over which variety I'm growing, or whether they're the same pepper with different names.
can anyone fill me in on the end results of this? am I just not looking in the right places?
