Peps, I have been watering maybe once a week this year anyway, but not knowing what the weather would do I had a neighbor come in and douse everything mid week. Other than a very sad petunia, everything was just fine. We have been having lower than average temps, though.

Given the annoyance rate of the pop-ups, it's hard to imagine that the net effect for GW is positive. Think of all the would-be eyeballs they drive away!

Yes, there's an adblock extension for Safari (in addition to the regular adblock for firefox). Just go to the safari prefs>extensionss>get extensions and it should be about the first one that appears.

Heck no! They're in cahoots with the ads. The ads pay them money every time one pops up. Using Adblock costs GW money. (To you it's free.)

Wasn't free for IOS. Not much, but still...Don't have any on my iMac. You are right, they were making me crazy!
