why would someone sell a green bhut? that just defeats the point. I'm sure it has some heat, but I doubt it has the flavor.

the ones that fully changed color are more likely to have viable seeds, but there's nothing stopping you from trying to save the seeds from the green ones.

The top right two (Orange and Green) spaceship looking ones are exactly like what I am growing. Mine are called Caribbean Blend Scotch Bonnet's. Very favorable with heat just under a Habanero.

Well, the farmer who has that stand was not the grower of the hot peppers. He said he didn't know what varieties they were since a friend had grown them. They were all mixed together in a basket. Glad I'm already growing a bhut so I'll be able to taste a full-flavored and hot one.
