Well after just about losing my patience my peppers are coming in fast and furious. Brain strain, Big Sun Habs, orange Habs (not like at the store, much brighter look almost painted), Red Fattalis, Ghost/Hab Xross, and Cayennes, I've given some away, used some in home made Mexican, and dried some. I'm looking for some hot sauce and salsa recipes. Any suggestions appreciated. In addition I have three Mini-Sweet Bell Pepper plants that are loaded that have not changed color yet (except one) seems odd that they would take longer to ripen than the super hots. Thank you all for any recipes.
