need advice hoping for a 2nd hall

The 4 plants I over-wintered have had virtually every pepper on them come in ripe. I have noticed that since I started pulling the fruit that they have started to put out a number of new flowers. I'm not sure if I have enough time for some new pods to come in. Should I water more or less at this point? After a cool July and early August it has really warmed up and we're getting a lot of mid-high 80s.
