Actually, just a tad of sunSCALD it looks like. Not nearly as detrimental to the pepper on thin walled pods like ghosts.

I don't really ever see just BURN on superhots. Occasionally a bit of scald like yours.

Thanks for your insight. I assumed it was from sun exposure but wanted to be sure. Nothing to really be concerned about for this variety?

I plan on drying and grinding most/all of my jolokias.
