Spicy fruit

While dehydrating peppers one rack finished before the rest. I decided to dry some pineapple and bananas because the dehydrater was running anyway. The fruit is now spicy! What a great mistake, this fruit is amazing! I recommend running a bach of fruit through your dehydrater after your peppers are done, or even with them if there is space.
