The variety goes by many names... Balloon, Pimenta Cambuci, Campane, Peri Peri, Ubatuba Cambuci, Nepalese bell, Aji Flor, Orchid and Bishops Hat, Bishops Crown, Christmas Bell, Uba Tuba to name a few!

It's a Capsicum baccatum variety.

Yes I agree with ottawapepper and they are quite tasty as well. I have ottawapepper to thank for my seeds!

Thanks! It's weird because I never bought any pepper resembling anything like this. Is it possible I got the wrongs seeds (or a stray seed)?

And, I should add that the plant is about 5 feet tall!!

5 feet sounds about right.

Yes, you probably got the wrong seeds but in this case (in my opinion) you got a really nice mild pepper.
