Just make a lot of hot sauce a/or salsa. :)

put them in the blender with just a little bit of vinegar, blend til super smooth, then put in jars and store them in the fridge. that way you preserve them, and you just come back for lil scoops later.

Dry them out and make jars for use later.

This is a good problem to have.

Pickle! Hot sauce! All of the above. I'll take a few lol.

I'll jar some up and use later- Made 10 goodie bags over the weekend for friends now I need to make 10 more.
