Thanks everyone!! I look forward to a nice picture of all the peppers each year (have one framed and hanging in my kitchen from a year or two ago)!

What am I going to do with all of them??? Darn good question! LOL I loaded the dehydrator up and still have a good pile left. I am hoping to smoke some and make some sauces. The dry ones I will powder as needed (I like making sauce with the powder as well as fresh peppers).

Love that second picture!!! I would definitely frame that one!
