| This past week or so colors have been popping in the pepper patch!! I've left some on a little longer waiting for both more to ripen and time to process them. Here's what I picked, mostly this past weekend and some from the week before.
Separated:
Starting Top Left - Big Jim, Poblano/Ancho, Fatalii, (Middle Left) Scotch Bonnet, Chocolate Hab, Orange Hab, Cayenne, (Bottom Left) Lemon Drop, Serrano. Then, all in one pile!

| Thanks everyone!! I look forward to a nice picture of all the peppers each year (have one framed and hanging in my kitchen from a year or two ago)! What am I going to do with all of them??? Darn good question! LOL I loaded the dehydrator up and still have a good pile left. I am hoping to smoke some and make some sauces. The dry ones I will powder as needed (I like making sauce with the powder as well as fresh peppers). |
