Ok now I dont know what it is

Any Idea? It is some kind of hybrid. Black to brown? WTH
Anybody ever see a black to brown pepper (of course it could be some first stage of color... maybe brown to red?????).

Pods are jet black. One is turning Brown. It is not rot, it is really brown.

I tried a black one and it has no heat, but maybe the brown is better.

Looks like a purple cayenne to me... but it should have heat.

My pasilla's never looked like that... They have always gone from dark green to brown.
