By Monday, I should have about 50 solid color. Plan on making hot sauce with them. Nice flavor and heat although the Scorpion is my favorite flavor so far.
They are pretty hot Randal..enough to make your face break out into a sweat. Citrusy taste. Friend told me of the recipe.
Cook peppers in a olive oil fry pan for about 4-5 minutes (whole or sliced) then put in blender along with some garlic clove and onion dash of salt/spices of your choice, return to pan and add tomato paste and simmer. Jar and refigerate. He said lasts about 6 months. Like a chili garlic paste really good with Asian food or just about anything.
