Two peppers, one plant?

I've been growing Bhut Jolokia, Trinidad scorps., 7 pot, Devils tongue, caribbean reds for a couple years. I just noticed on one of the trinidad plants appears to have peppers with characteristics of the scorp. and caribbean reds. Individually, you would say they are different peppers..on the same plant. Genetic reversion or crossbreeding from planting in close quarters?

This far along with all the growing out of the variety, odds of a cross are greater than recessive genes. It's still possible but highly unlikely IMHO.

If it's just a one or two off on a plant with normal pods, pods on a parent plant are like children of parents. Unless they're identical twins, each offspring is a little different.
Maybe a rogue pod is the runt of the litter who who only drew from the gene puddle, not the pool ;-)

I think you have a cross there.
