There's always some pod variation, but the pods don't look like Morugas I've grown.

Here's a shot of mine. From what I've seen my Moruga are what most would consider true.

Morugas dont usually have tails. Ive gotten one or two on a plant but thats an exception. Still a little young to tell for sure. But looks like they could be.

Nice looking chilis Bill. Got any pics of them when the pods first formed?

Thanks Josh! That's what I was looking for. I had high hopes because the tag on the seedling said "worlds second hottest pepper" at least the nursery knew. Maybe they didnt isolate and I got an unstable cross, or they just plain screwed up. It wasnt priced higher than other chilis. At any rate. I am going to try and get viable seeds from it and see what pops up next year.I tracked down the person the nursery got them from so... might have to do a follow up with that guy.. thanks.
