need a new fertilizer

so the entire time I've been growing peppers (which is only a few months now) I had been using only a few different sources of fertilizer, epsom salt, alaska brand fish fert, bone meal, and fertilome blooming and rooting soluble plant food (NPK 9-58-8). I just ran out of the fertilome. I went to lowes to get some more, only to find that they don't carry it. this led me to stop and think.

I've had good results with it, but the main reason I used that specific fert was because it was given to me for free, and it's what I had laying around. now I need to get a new fert, and my first inclination was to go with what I know. but is it really the best stuff for my peppers that I can get without having to order something online? what is the best fertilizer for my peppers that I can reasonably expect to get locally? by that I mean, what fertilizer should I buy next? what I am interested in is high yields, from my plants that are already fairly large.

thanks in advance.
