Front Row: Nagabon Jolokia, Bih Jolokia, Dorset Naga.
I've made fresh salsa and pickles, and still in the process of stemming & seeding the rest.

Great looking peppers. I am also growing scotch bonnet TFM but have yet to have one ripen. Seems like they have been green for weeks with no change in color. Hope they change soon as winter is creeping up on me.

t-bones - The SB TFM's did take longer than the others to ripen. My Trinidad Scorpion Morougas are still green and haven't shown any signs of changing yet.
