Bhut Jolokia Internal Rot?

Hi everyone,
First season Growing the Bhut Jolokia and some of the pods develop a brown spot which appears to be insect damage but the fruits skin is in tact, and that section appears infected when cut open? Happens to those in planters (those I baby) as well as those in the Garden (on their own, ok maybe a little fish fertilizer and bone meal from tiem to time? Any Ideas? It could be Pepper Maggot. See link below. On link page you can click Google Images for examples of damage caused.

Thanks Bill, I sure do appreciate the reply. I didn't notice a maggot inside but I will sure keep an eye out the next time I cut one open.

I had something similar happen with my Hungarian Wax peppers and cowhorn cayenne. I ended up putting down some calcium supplement and from then on i had no issues. Dont know what it was/is but thats what worked for me
