Check here for a large seed swap later. You'll be pleasantly surprised. And its a blast. Or if you can't wait someone may strike up a trade.

Depends on the sauce. Chocolate Habanero and Chocolate Scotch Bonnet are great for jerks and marinades. For a sweet sauce people swear by bhut jolokia (ghost). But almost any superhot pepper will work because you don't put much in the recipe.

Thanks guys for all your help! This is such a great site I'm so happy I found it!
Maybe I'm in the wrong season to think about swapping here? I know alot of people are putting away their shovels until spring, but I can't help it. I have 7 ornamental peppers just now sprouting in my aerogarden hoping it will go well for a little heat this winter! I've never had a scotch bonnet is the flavor like a habenero? Chocolate bonnets on my list:) Also wondering if anyone has tried the seeds trinidad scorpian and bhut jolokia from Baker creek? Is there a difference if you buy the expensive seeds from other dealers? Thanks again!

The seed swaps will start getting hot here on the list in the next month or so and usually last up until Christmas time. There are usually a couple big ones going and some smaller ones. Just keep your eyes open on the list. They get a lot of attention so their threads tend to stay near the top of the list through the late fall into winter.
    Good luck,
