Sorry Bill but I'll send you some seed.

The Alma are still yellow but the Tequila Sunrise are starting to turn orange! I still have the Douglah and Bihs from seed you sent me as house plants (the bihs went outside for about a month this summer), not as nice as they used to look but some flowers - maybe I'll get more than 1 pod this year.

Sorry, the plants didn't make it across the border from New England!

Seed and plants are harder to spot than rogue Afghan Soldiers depressed for the desert.

We hid the plants in an Afgan rug....

Bill AJ#1 is a junior in HS now, thinking engineering, probably in a southern state (or CA but out of state tuition is sky high!) to escape our winters. Though he's taking a cooking course at school (I'm hoping he'll do more cooking around here, he did help me mill 50 lbs of tomatoes for sauce last weekend). Between cross-country, track, and Scouts I barely see him - it really is eat and run (and when he has a Tuesday meet followed by Scouts he doesn't even come home for dinner).

AJ#2 is younger and is starting to can and bake, esp. around fair time (mid-Sept to mid-Oct) but I seem to be the only one in the kitchen before and after dinner (during cleanup)...
