Thank you thank you thank you :) I was worried that some little critter was laying eggs on it and last time I chopped the heck out of it. I've read that I should put it in a place with better ventilation and higher temperature to correct this problem, do you agree?

Slimak: At first look, I thought edema also. Jean, who knows her stuff, just confirmed it.

All flowering plants love air, so yes. As far as higher temps, peppers do well from mid 70's to low 90's. But you may be overwatering or the medium they're in holds too much moisture--- let the soil dry out between waterings.

Thank you Jean and woohooman. It's probably my over watering. I moved the plant in an area where it's more breezy, let the soil dry out and problem is almost gone :) I grow them under fluorescent lights so it takes longer for the soil to loose moisture. I'll add some fans too speed up evaporation. Thanks again!
