So the wife and I decided to make some salsa today and a local grower gave us kind of a grab bag variety of peppers, ranging from supposedly mild to quite hot.
I've tried looking up some charts to identify the peppers, but most of them I found are quite ambiguous or flat out didn't show some of the peppers we got.
I was wondering if any of the fine folks here might be able to put a name to some of the peppers we got.
The top left are bell peppers, and the center and center right are a couple different variations of jalepenos I believe. The ones on the top right appear to be the kind used in Chinese resturaunts and are quite hot. Pretty sure the top center ones are Chili peppers. That's all I really know.
Any help will be appreciated.
