Hi roadkil,
Just passing by, took the liberty to repost your link and would say...

They look like some Caribbean Habañeros (probably with decent pungency)
In most cases you can't denominate this type more precisely other than speculating.
Actually there is a multitude of open or cross pollinated (or intentional F1) that are cultivated, exchanged and spread widely. You could say that this kind of pepper went genetically rogue a while back.
