Help on chilli growing.

Hello,
I decided to experiment by planting some birds eye chilli seeds into a pot of just some plain potting mix. A few germinate a few weeks later. It is four weeks after they have germinated and they have only very small true leaves and are about an inch tall. What should I do to speed this growth?

Plain potting mix is usually fine for chilis I think. When they're bigger and okay to be transplanted regular garden soil should be fine too. You can't really speed the growth very much.
