Post-Germination - Leaf "rolling" inward

Hi,
After two weeks, this Peruvian Yellow Hot Pepper finally started to germinate nicely. However, one of the leaves in the first pair "rolled" inward as in the photo. Is this normal? Is there anything I should do about it?
The plant receives about 4 hours of sun a day sitting on the windowsill. I water every 1-3 days depending on how if it seems dry or not.
Any advice appreciated!
