habanero unknown problem

Can anyone help me understand what is wrong with my habanero plant? I've been growing it indoors with 92cri warm white leds - 10000 lumens and the tips are withering and die. I water it only when the soil is dry, fertilize it every 3rd watering with commercial fertilizer. 10 hours of light, temperatures are 20-24 degrees Celsius. I don't see any bugs . Is it missing something?
