My eyes are tearing up. I cut up 7 habenero and had to wear gloves, goggles and a face mask. I'm in awe of your haul. You must have a large garden. I cannot imagine what else you've brought in.

Is it my imagination that they are drying habs and other peppers with a lot of flesh in the window? Didn't know you could do that.

not drying. letting them ripen

There called "RISTAS" reeldoc.!!! Its what is done originally with garlic to let them dry out but works in the same way to ripen the peppers in the light of the window. Plus it look magnificent..lol Better than blinds.!!
