Can you help me tell these peppers apart?

This is going to be an absolutely ridiculous question, I know, and I apologize ... I grew three varieties of chili peppers this summer (all new to me) and the labels are mixed up. I've been googling but they all seem to look similar in pictures on google. However, while they all have a similar body SHAPE and ripen to RED, the SIZES are completely different. Can anyone help me out?

The three varieties are Anaheim, Guajillo and Chimayo.
"Anaheim" was for a standard, mild chili pepper for eating.
Chimayo was for Salsa, and possibly drying for powder.
Guajillo was for pickled chili peppers are the occasional hotter kick.

When grown, all are red, but one is quite small (just larger than a finger), one is medium sized, and one is quite large/long (10 inches long or longer). Judging by size, can you help me to identify which is which? I'd like to save seeds from one or two of them, and need to know which is which?

Thank you so much for any help, and again I apologize for the absurdity of the question :)
