Fish pepper?

I received some fish pepper seeds but the plant that is growing is not variegated neither are the peppers. So the questions is: Do these revert back to green?

Also I sowed some Bhut J. but they never germinated. Does anyone have extra seeds to trade (don't have peppers, but flower seeds) or postage.

DH loves hot peppers so I'm trying to obtain different ones for next spring; if you have any suggestions, please LMK. Thanks.
