Buying pepper seeds

Not a lot of local places to buy pepper seeds, as in none for very to super hots. Milds are easy to find. Where is the best and good places to buy seeds? I buy nothing off of fleabay so I won't be shopping there. Where should this nubie/newbi/newbee go to acquire good seeds? Thanks in advance. BTW I did try to search for this answer, but failed to glean any information. I'm sure it is my poor computer skills rather than a failure of the web site.

Or hang around here and jump into the upcoming seed swaps. Most don't have contribution requirements (rather, "suggestions") and will gladly get newbies started.

Depends on what kind of pepper seeds you are looking for.

I have got (sofar) the following seeds from store bought (fresh and dry)
== FRESNO, SHISHITO, THAI, CASCABEL, HABANERO, SERRANO, KOREAN, GYPSY, CUBANELLE ...
I could get superhots (Naga, ghost, viper..) too but I am not interested in those.
