I planted 15 chile de arbol plants this year. Most of them have long, thin peppers pointing up but one plant has fatter peppers that hang downwards. They look similar to a serrano but I also planted serrano peppers and the plants don't look alike.

I looked at pictures of chile de arbol plants on Google and found some with peppers pointing up and others pointing down. Which one is the true chile de arbol?
